no run today
okay. call me a whimp. i was going to run today but it was 32 degrees at the back door with a strong north wind and rain. didn't make to treadmill land (the Y) either. i don't know how you northwesters and norskies do it.

I remember you saying "Rain is for finishing in", not for starting in - or something to that extent. Those seem like pretty wise words to me.
It dipped into the 30s here too and I almost turned around and went back to bed. Don't break your stride now, Massoman!!!
Acclimation!
i did get my run in at the Y tonight with the ever supportive and lovely BW on the treadmill next to me. Well, there's a thought...it's christmas...maybe his and hers treadmills...there's no kids here anymore...we have the room.....
